Applications sent solely for the purpose of collecting information and without specifying the sender’s contacts, or without a clear understanding of the purpose and topic of the request, as well as texts with offensive or impolite content, will not be processed by us.
1. Fill out the form below and send your application or use our e-mail address sport@belgraviaconcierge.com . When making your request, please indicate the estimated travel time, discipline (dressage, show jumping, eventing, polo), your level of training, English language skills and, if possible, all additional details so that we can send you the correct information and provide you with an accurate cost of services.
2. We will contact you within 1-2 working days after receiving your request.
3. After agreeing the cost, terms and other additional services, a contract will be sent to your address and an invoice will be issued for payment of our services, including a deposit confirming the seriousness of your intentions (the amount of the deposit will be specified in the contract).
4. You can pay in 2 ways: by bank transfer, or by debiting funds from your bank card (by prior agreement).
